University of Southampton
The Digital Health and Biomedical Engineering group within the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton brings together engineers and computer scientists to discover new approaches to prevent, diagnose and manage health and medical conditions. Our research is end-to-end across digital health from sensors and meditech through to data science, AI and decision systems.
In addition to our cutting edge research, we aim to educate the next generation of engineers and researchers. We have launched our new undergraduate programme in Biomedical Engineering which has four different pathways for students to choose from: mechatronics for health, electrical systems, digital health and AI for health.
